1. Forward Bend: Stand with your feet hip-width apart and slowly bend forward at the hips, letting your head and arms hang towards the floor. Keep your knees slightly bent to avoid straining your lower back. Hold for 15-30 seconds and return to standing by rolling up your spine, one vertebra at a time.
2. Cat-Cow Stretch: Start on your hands and knees. Inhale, arch your back and look up (Cow). Exhale, round your back and tuck your chin to your chest (Cat). Repeat 5-10 times.
