2. Place your right hand on the back of the chair.

3. Place your left hand on your right knee.

4. Gently twist your torso to the right, looking over your right shoulder.

5. Hold the position for 15-30 seconds, breathing deeply.

6. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.

This stretch helps improve spinal mobility and can reduce lower back stiffness, making it an excellent addition to your daily routine.
