How to Perform the Cat-Cow Stretch: 

1. Start on your hands and knees, with your wrists directly under your shoulders and your knees under your hips.

2. Inhale deeply, arching your back and lifting your head and tailbone towards the ceiling (Cow Pose).

3. Exhale slowly, rounding your spine, tucking your chin to your chest, and pulling your belly button towards your spine (Cat Pose).

4. Continue to alternate between these two positions for 1-2 minutes, moving with your breath.

This stretch helps to increase spinal flexibility and alleviate lower back tension, making it an excellent addition to your daily routine.
